Original Hot 26 Yoga

60, 75 or 90 minutes

The Original Hot Yoga sequence brought to America & now the world by Bikram Choudhury. This incredible yoga series is practiced in a heated room. You are going to sweat & feel fantastic. This class is Universal ~ it is for anyone & everyone ( beginner friendly)! Balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation are all focused in every class. It is transformative. In a very short time, you will see that you will change your mind, change your energy, change your body & your life.

Inferno Hot Pilates

45, 60 minutes

Inferno Hot Pilates was created by Gabriella Walters. This class is in a room heated to 95 degrees it creates long lean muscle mass and burns fat. It is a High Intensity Interval Training ~ low impact, using Pilates principles. This whole body workout builds a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. To avoid the pounding impact of running and jumping, Inferno Hot Pilates is performed on a yoga mat to help protect joints and muscles from impact and injury. Expect to work hard, have fun and jam out to the Best Playlist.

-EXPERIENCED YOGIS-

Guided Original Hot Yoga with music

60 minutes

This is the same class as Original Hot Yoga although the teacher practices with the students with minimal instructions. It is a class that is not for beginners. One must be familiar with The Original Hot Yoga Series so a minimum of 8 classes is recommended before attending this class. This class does have music.

Hatha Fusion

75 or 90 minutes

A fun, energetic class that was inspired by the Original Hot Yoga. This class hits it all in in heated room. You will stretch deeply, feel amazing, try new postures with mindful instruction.

restorative

Restorative Yoga

60 minutes

This class is good for all levels.

It is a slower paced class where you will hold postures longer. Restorative Yoga is a wonderful way to calm and balance the body and mind. Increase circulation, Improve flexibility, release fascia and improve joint mobility.

*Please bring your own props bolsters, pillows, straps whatever you may need to be comfortable.
